RADA Annual Open Day 2014 Port Antonio, Portland.
Isratech Jamaica Limited participated in the annual RADA (Rural Agricultural Development Authority) Annual Open Day held at the Folly Oval on Wednesday, February 26. Hosted by the Portland Parish Office, this year’s theme is “Empowering Women and Youth for Agricultural Sustainability through Technological Advancements”.It was a wonderful event as we enjoyed a bright, sunny day by the sea side; the company of fellow exhibitors and the visit of patrons who were filled with interest and curiosity. The event was also graced by the Mayor of Port Antonio, a representative from the National Advisory Board, members of Parliament from West and East Portland, the Minister of Agriculture and the CEO of RADA.
It was a wonderful event as we enjoyed a bright, sunny day by the seaside; the company of fellow exhibitors and the visit of patrons who were filled with interest and curiosity. Our presence in the parish was very welcomed and we capitalized on the opportunity to showcase and share information on our products and services from our three divisions: Jamaica Drip Irrigation, Isratech Waterworks and Isratech Energy Solutions.The event overall was a success. It was very informative with the exchange of information, product ideas and innovations from the various entities that were represented. A variety of produce was also available at the farmer’s market and the entertainment package included music, fun
